Logo Design

• After the payment is confirmed, we will receive your initial information and begin the design process. You will also receive by email our briefing form, where you can fill in your details and preferences, and send it back to us for analysis and creation.

• Within 2 business days, we will send you the initial presentation with 2 design options for your review.

• If any questions arise, we will contact you through our Client Area platform or by email for further clarification.

• We will create 2 options for you to review, delivered within 2 business days.

• You can choose the option you prefer, request revisions, or even ask for new concepts — until we reach the result you want.

• After we receive your feedback, we will prepare and send a new presentation within another 2 business days.

• Business days are counted from Monday to Friday, during business hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the timeframe.

IMPORTANT: The overall completion time of the project may vary depending on the number of revisions and new drafts requested by each client.

• The total completion time of the project is flexible and depends on the number of revisions and drafts requested. The more changes or new drafts you request, the longer the process may take.

• Below are the standard timeframes for each stage of development:

• Initial presentation: delivered within 2 business days.

• Revisions and new drafts: delivered within 2 business days after each request.

• Finalization and delivery of files: within 2 business days after final approval.

Note: Business days are counted from Monday to Friday, during office hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the timeframe. Feedback received outside office hours will be counted starting from the next business day.

• After your logo is approved, we move on to the finalization process, where all files are prepared and configured according to their intended use. Each file type is set up with the proper specifications for professional application.

• The approved logo will be provided in all standard formats required for both print and digital use: Vector files: (.CDR and .PDF) and Image files: (.JPG and .PNG with transparent background)

• The timeframe for file finalization and delivery is 2 business days after final approval.

• The files will be made available for download in the My Project, where they will remain accessible for 30 days.
