. By using our services, you agree to comply with all terms described below.

1. Access and Use

Anyone (individual or business) who wants to hire our services must accept these Terms of Service before making a payment. Acceptance is mandatory to place an order, access our services, and use the website.

By completing payment, you will be registered as a User of Lawyers Logo, confirming your understanding and agreement with our procedures, deadlines, and service conditions.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely via PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

3. Logo Creation Process
3.1 Starting Your Project

  • Once payment is confirmed, we will email you:
  • Order and payment confirmation
  • Login credentials for Client Area – My Project
  • Instructions for submitting your project briefing
  • Projects start only after the completed briefing is submitted through the Client Area.

3.2 & 3.3 Providing Information

Clients must provide detailed information in the briefing to guide the design process. All submissions, feedback, and requests must be made through the messaging system in the Client Area.

3.4 Changes and Revisions

  • If your project has not yet started, additional input may be accepted.
  • Once a project is in progress, any major changes (such as project name or initials) that alter the original scope may require a new package and additional fees.

3.5 First Presentation

  • Within 2 business days of receiving the completed briefing, you will receive 2 initial logo options.
  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Requests outside business hours are processed the next business day.
  • Important: We do not copy logos from other clients, our portfolio, or third parties. This is considered plagiarism and may cause copyright and financial issues.

3.6 Design Deliverables

Packages include:

  • Logo in vector format (CorelDraw or Illustrator) suitable for print and digital use
  • Demonstration images (mockups, textures, etc.) are for preview purposes only
  • 3D logos, mascots, animations, or videos are not included

3.7 Final Approval

  • Once a logo is approved, no further changes are allowed without additional fees.
  • Clients must carefully review and request adjustments before approval.
  • Only one final version is included per project.

3.8 Project Abandonment

Projects inactive for 30 days without communication may be closed. Payments are non-refundable for completed work.

3.9 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel within 7 days of purchase or before project work begins for a full refund.
  • After this period or after the first logo presentation, refunds may be reduced based on work completed.

3.10 Final Files

After approval, your logo and project materials will be finalized and delivered via Client Area – My Project. Only one finalization stage is included. Post-delivery changes require additional fees.

3.11 Additional Services

  • Any request for changes after finalization or creation of a new logo requires a new package purchase.
  • Fees will depend on the complexity and amount of work required.

3.12 Responsibility

Clients must review all details before final approval. Lawyers Logo is not liable for typos or errors approved by the client.

3.13 File Formats

  • Final files include:
  • High-resolution PDF for print
  • Editable CorelDraw / Illustrator files
  • JPG and PNG for digital use
  • Clients are responsible for print specifications, materials, and finishes. Proofs must be requested from printers before full production.

3.14 Unapproved Concepts

  • Unapproved logo concepts may not be used or reproduced.
  • Using additional options requires authorization and payment for usage rights.

4. Completed Projects
4.1 File Availability

  • Final files are available in Client Area – My Project for 30 days. After this period:
  • Files are deleted
  • Re-sending files costs $25 for storage and delivery
  • Clients are responsible for backing up files on multiple devices or cloud storage

Tip: Always keep backup copies on different devices.

4.2 Portfolio Display

By completing a project with us, clients consent to having their logos displayed in our portfolio on the website and social media.
